Put into practice the exercises again for the second lesson, trying to speed up domestic travel without losing depth. If you think you master this exercise, prepared to continue your practice of mental relaxation.

Listen again your head, scalp, lower your head, your brain starts to feel inside. Feel your brain as if it were "tense" relaxes this tension gradually "drifting" mentally inward and downward, supporting the lowering of the distention. Concentrated. You get the tension while the upper part of your brain becomes softer, lighter. Continues to fall toward the center of the brain, further down the center, far below, while your brain becomes softer, warmer. Becomes similar all'ovatta.

Repeat this exercise several times, until you realize you have mastered.
